He then worked as an associate physician in internal medicine at Brigham and Women?s Hospital in Boston, MA and was appointed instructor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, practicing fulltime internal medicine and part-time pediatrics. Dr. Pabby then went on to pursue fellowship training in gastroenterology and hepatology at the Brigham and Women?s Hospital / Harvard Medical School Program. During the third year of fellowship, he was recognized for teaching and was awarded a fellowship-teaching award by the department of medicine. In addition, during his fellowship, Dr. Pabby obtained a master?s in public health from the Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, MA. Dr. Pabby is board-certified in gastroenterology, internal medicine and pediatrics.
