Dr. Arshad Ahad was born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan, where he completed his medical education at Dow Medical College. He came to America to continue his path on the east coast, completing his internal medicine residency at New York Medical College and his hematology/oncology fellowship in Boston, MA at Tufts University/New England Medical Center. Dr. Ahad launched his own private practice in Florida, before finally arriving on the West Coast. He found his way to oncology through working with a mentor and realized he had a passion for helping people when they needed it the most. He is excited to return to his hometown community to help care for the residents.Dr. Fan is a dog lover who enjoys traveling as well as playing and watching sports. He is a father of two young kids and you can oftentimes find him on the tennis court or the basketball court.
