The National Pork Board recommends cooking pork chops, roasts, and tenderlointo an internal temperature between 145° F. (medium rare) and 160° F. (medium), followed by a 3 minute rest. Place in the oven and bake uncovered at 400 degree F for 13-15 minutes, flipping the tenderloin over halfway through baking. Bake until center of pork registers 150 degree  F then transfer to a cutting board and let meat rest 5-10 min. Slice into rings and serve.

In separate bowl mix dry ingredients such as garlic powder, oregano, cumin, coriander, thyme and salt. Stir mixture with a fork until all the ingredients are well combined and they form a seasoning. This will be used as a rub to ensure the porkis well seasoned throughout.

Place pork loin into oven, turning and basting with pan liquids. Cook until the pork is no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Remove roast to a platter.

Pour the oil into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the chicken to the dish and sprinkle with paprika to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then turn pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove from oven and drain on paper towels.
