I watch every move that your dog makes and he keeps an eye on every move that I make. We essentially are each others shadows. Your dog learns what behavior is expected throughout the day. Many other training facilities only spend fifteen minutes, three times a day with your dog and then the dog goes back into the kennel for the rest of the day. I do not believe this is how to get long lasting change.
