By far the most popular classifieds website, Craigslist also provides job postings which receive a ton of applicants. Typically aimed at blue collar workers (hospitality, trades etc.) and entry level roles. The cost is quite affordable so we recommend this highly for blue collar and entry level roles and some white collar roles. Be warned though – you will likely receive a lot of non relevant candidates, so be patient and work through them.

Monster.com has consistently ranked among the top 3 job boards, alongside Indeed and Careerbuilder.com, in terms of web traffic. It’s a great job board for a wide range of jobs. Pricing is based on the number of postings you buy – the more you buy, the cheaper each post is.
