    Dr. Arikian is a Los Angeles native who attended UCLA as an undergraduate and received her B.S. degrees in Biology with an emphasis on Ecology, Behavior and Evolution. She attended Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. She returned to Southern California to complete her residency at Harbor-UCLA Family Medicine. After 11 years at VFC, she began working at University Health Center in January of 2011. She sees patients of all ages, and enjoys practicing the entire breadth of outpatient family medicine. Her primary goal in treating patients is to give them the tools to stay healthy and prevent complications from chronic disease. Dr. Arikian is married to a neurologist physician and has four young children. She enjoys work, family, travel and the outdoors. On her off days she volunteers at her children's school and practices yoga.

He attends several professional meetings to update his knowledge and skills, and constantly strives to learn about the latest procedures to help his patients. He also has been serving on the Board of Directors for Illumination Foundation , a non profit organization which helps end the cycle of homelessness in OC and LA county.
