Ranging from 1 hour Mini-Workshops to full-day Retreats, I help women transform their inner critic into an inner cheerleader. Through the "science-backed, evidence-based" principles and practices taught in my Workshops, women develop resilience, discover character strengths, and effectively employ the science of behavior change.
