If the recipient is not at the delivery address to receive their flowers, a card will be left, marking the undelivered item as 'perishable' and requesting its collection. It is generally the policy of our couriers to leave a card if no one is in. Many Hospitals or Care Centres do not permit Flower deliveries.

It generally takes 1 week to process and ship regular orders. However, some varieties of wholesale flowers can be ordered 1-2 business days prior to the delivery date. Your flowers will arrive the date you specify in your order barring any delays resulting from FedEx or US Customs.
