You may contact the hotel yourself, they speak pretty well english and should be able to address your question. The normal check in time should be 2-3pm, check out wise 11am-12pm that is common practice amongst hotel.

Generally, check-in begins at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. If you'll be arriving at the hotel after 11 p.m., please arrange for a late check-in directly with the hotel.

If you check in before 11:00 a.m., there could be a problem. A room might be available only if someone has checked out early and the hotel had time to clean it. If there are a lot of people checking out around 11:00, it might take until 11:30 before the first batch of rooms is cleaned.
