    Gluten is a nutritious protein, not something harmful. If you don't have Celiac Disease it can't hurt you, not in reasonable quantities. Obviously anything can hurt you at some dose. Some research is still looking into the question of Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity but, so far, it's looking like it doesn't exist.
